RE 6 single-stage rotary vane pump from VACUUBRAND®

The RE 6 single-stage rotary vane pump from VACUUBRAND® is an excellent solution for demanding laboratory and industrial applications where a good ultimate vacuum is required at medium to high gas flow rates. The pump impresses with its excellent dimensions and optimal weight, combined with high performance.

With a maximum pumping speed of 5.7 m³/h at 50 Hz, the RE 6 achieves an ultimate vacuum of 1 × 10⁻¹ mbar and, even with gas ballast, an impressive 6 × 10⁻¹ mbar. Its high water vapor tolerance of 40 mbar makes it particularly suitable for processes involving steam-containing media.

A key feature is the vacuum-tight shut-off without an additional suction port valve, which simplifies the design and increases reliability. The large usable oil volume (0.36 - 0.93 l) allows for extended oil change intervals, thereby reducing operating costs and minimizing maintenance.

The telescopic design allows for particularly easy maintenance and quick access to all important components. The pump is delivered fully assembled and ready for operation with oil and operates at a low sound pressure level of only 50 dBA.

Rotary vane pumps like the RE 6 are used for process vacuums from a few mbar to 10⁻³ mbar and are indispensable for numerous laboratory and industrial applications.
