Chemistry Diaphragm Pump ME 1C

The chemistry diaphragm pump ME 1C has been specifically developed for vacuum filtration, solid-phase extraction, and sample preparation in chemistry, microbiology, and wastewater control. As an oil-free single-stage diaphragm pump, it achieves an ultimate vacuum of 100 mbar with a maximum pumping speed of 0.7 cubic meters per hour. The pump is based on the proven technology of the MD 1 and MD 1C series and is characterized by an extremely long membrane lifespan with virtually maintenance-free operation. All media-contacting components such as membrane and valves are made of chemically highly resistant PTFE, ensuring reliable operation even with aggressive vapors and gases. The compact, ergonomic housing design with a central on/off switch directly on the pump housing guarantees simple operation and saves valuable space on the laboratory bench. With only 49 dBA noise level, the ME 1C operates particularly quietly. The pump is NRTL and EX certified and is delivered fully assembled and ready for operation. An optional manual vacuum control valve with manometer allows stepless adjustment of effective pumping speed for precise vacuum control. Dimensions are 270 x 121 x 154 millimeters with a weight of 5.4 kilograms. Inlet and outlet connections are via hose nozzle DN 8 to 10 millimeters. The ME 1C is available in two versions: with standard power cable or with switchable wide-range motor for flexible international use.
