BVC control liquid suction system from VACUUBRAND®

The BVC control liquid aspiration system is a high-quality and compact vacuum system for the efficient and convenient aspiration of liquid supernatants in laboratory, biotechnology and research applications.

The central component is a durable chemical diaphragm vacuum pump with a maximum pumping speed of 0.7 m³/h (at 50 Hz) and an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar. The pumping force can be precisely adjusted between 150 and 850 mbar via an intuitive touch panel, enabling both powerful and sensitive, reproducible suction.

The pump switches on and off automatically as needed, reducing energy consumption and further minimizing the already low operating noise of just 49 dBA. This makes the BVC control particularly suitable for use directly at the workplace.

The system comes complete with a 4-liter collection bottle made of shatterproof polypropylene (PP), offering high chemical resistance. To minimize aerosol and foam formation, the bottle is equipped with a hydrophobic protective filter (0.2 µm) and an inlet tube. The smooth surfaces allow for easy cleaning.

The ergonomically designed VHCpro suction handle is autoclavable at 121 °C and 2 bar and offers precise handling. The system is also prepared for the connection of a second handpiece, enabling parallel operation (accessories sold separately).

With a compact design, a weight of only 7.7 kg and IP 40 protection, the BVC control is a reliable, space-saving and user-friendly helper in daily laboratory operations.
