Intelligent Process Control for Maximum Efficiency

The VACUU·SELECT controller executes vacuum processes autonomously – from start to finish. The integrated boiling point detection automatically identifies the optimal operating point during solvent evaporation and independently adjusts process parameters. As a user, you can practically forget about the process and dedicate yourself to other tasks.

Touch Display with Application-Oriented Operation

The graphical user interface makes operation as simple as using a smartphone. Via the high-quality touch display, you select the desired laboratory application from predefined programs or create your own process sequences with the intuitive application editor. Cumbersome studying of operating manuals is a thing of the past.

Flexible Control Options

• Classic two-point control through valve control in combination with an external suction line valve
• Precision VARIO® control through speed control in combination with VARIO diaphragm pumps

Precise Vacuum Measurement

The integrated VACUU·SELECT sensor is based on the capacitive measuring principle with a ceramic membrane made of aluminum oxide. This technology ensures gas-type-independent absolute pressure measurement with minimal temperature drift (< 0.15 mbar/K).

Versatile Connection Options

• Vacuum measurement connection: Small flange KF DN 16, PTFE hose connection 10/8 mm, hose olive DN 6/10 mm
• Integrated venting valve with hose olive connection DN 4-5 mm
• Digital interfaces: Ethernet (RJ45) for Modbus TCP, USB (Type A) for data transfer and software updates, RS-232 (with additional adapter)

Robust and Compact Design

The stable plastic housing with good chemical resistance offers protection class IP 40 (IP 41 on the front). With compact dimensions of 152 × 127 × 41 mm and a weight of only 745 g, the controller can be flexibly positioned in the laboratory.
