BVC control liquid aspiration system from VACUUBRAND®

The BVC control G liquid aspiration system is a high-quality and compact vacuum system for efficient and convenient aspiration of liquid supernatants in laboratory, biotechnology and research applications. The central component is a durable chemical diaphragm vacuum pump with a maximum pumping speed of 0.7 m³/h (at 50 Hz) and an ultimate vacuum of 150 mbar. The suction power can be precisely adjusted between 150 and 850 mbar via an intuitive touchpanel, enabling both vigorous and gentle, reproducible aspiration. The pump switches on and off automatically as needed, reducing energy consumption and further minimizing the already low operating noise of only 49 dBA. This makes the BVC control G particularly suitable for use directly at the workplace.

The system is available with either a 4 liter collection bottle made of shatterproof polypropylene (PP) or a 2 liter collection bottle made of glass. The PP variant offers high chemical resistance and shatter resistance, while the glass variant ensures optimal transparency and cleanability. Both bottles are equipped with a hydrophobic protection filter (0.2 µm) and an inlet tube to minimize aerosol and foam formation. The smooth surfaces enable easy cleaning.

The ergonomically shaped VHCpro aspiration handle is autoclavable at 121 °C and 2 bar and offers precise handling. The system is also prepared for connection of a second handpiece, enabling parallel work (accessories available separately). With a compact design, weighing only 7.7 kg and protection class IP 40, the BVC control G is a reliable, space-saving and user-friendly assistant in daily laboratory operation.
